Prove & Run Joins GlobalPlatform as Participating Member


11 December 2014 – Prove & Run has joined GlobalPlatform, the organization that standardizes the management of applications on secure chip technology, as a Participating Member. The France-based company helps its customers to meet the security challenges of mobile computing, embedded systems and the Internet of Things (IoT) with a complete software development ‘toolchain’ tailored to prove software for security and key ‘off-the-shelf’ security proven software components.

As a Participating Member, Prove & Run has chosen to contribute to the GlobalPlatform Device Committee, assisting its work to manage, prioritize, develop, maintain and evolve specifications for the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) [1]. The GlobalPlatform Device Committee is working to define an open security architecture for consumer and connected devices to enable the development and deployment of secure applications from multiple service providers.
